The weather has been so nice lately.....a tad on the warm side at times, but it's starting to feel like fall and this mama is so excited.
Donnie spends the majority of his day sleeping. His favorite spot is on the couch, but the deck is his second go-to......and now the banister even serves a purpose.
I love this pic. Davis wants to be one of the big boys so badly.
Cal has been doing much better about staying in his bed at night. He usually gets out of bed at least five times a night for various reasons: "I'm a little big hungry! I need to poop! I took my underwear off and can't get them back on!" To reward him and give a little positive reinforcement, I got him a new soft puppy dog, which he quickly named "Chase" (after Paw Patrol).
Because I can't leave Davis out, I got him the cutest little bunny. I'm partial to cute soft bunnies, since The Velveteen Rabbit is my favorite children's book.
The Royals got into the Playoffs for the first time since '85!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We went to Manhattan this weekend for the KSU/Tech game. Davis is now giving kisses/nose bites.
Tony and Misha flew in for the weekend!
Grandma had a great time and went to the game, too!
I hope I age as well as my Mama.
After lunch, we tailgated....
...and played catch....
....which turned into keep away!
I love this pic! Hysterical.
We got home on Sunday and Davis showed us a new version of peek-a-boo!
Cal wanted to join in!
I ran some errands after school on Monday and this boy wanted to "drive" before we came home.
When we got back, we went straight outside to continue enjoying the nice weather. Davis loves this chair!
Thor wanted to swing for a bit. His cape was flowin' in the wind.
I took the day off to go on Cal's field trip to the Pumpkin Patch. It was perfect weather!!!
I should really remember to take off my enormous sunglasses before taking pictures.
Cal and his best friend in his class, Michael.
Miss Grace's and Mrs. Denise's class
That afternoon, we went back outside after school. Cal found a huge grasshopper and named him "Gil."
Cal, Gil, and grass-eating Davis
Our little soccer player!
Davis doesn't want to ride in his buggy anymore. He just wants to push it! The boys played like this for quite awhile.
Cal and Mitch play this game each night and he took this hilarious video one night. I'm still laughing....
I taught Cal how to do a summersault. He is pretty proud of himself and so is his mama.
loved seeing these new pics, davis walking so well...and Cal's nighttime routine...boys, boys, boys growing so fast now...twenty years from now you will look back and love this chronicle
