A visit from the Walter grandparents and our life in July

Another night of sleep means another night of these two sleeping in hilarious positions.

Last t-ball game!

I took the big boys to Finding Dory while Mitch stayed home with Arch.  We loved it!

Can you spot Davis?!

Grandpa and Grandma Walter came to visit!!

The boys made up a new game to show them.

Cal is a pro at catching lightening bugs!!

A warm Walter boys welcome for Gpa Walt.....

Park visit!!

Arch doesn't love tummy time, but he tolerates it.

I took the big boys to a pool bday party.   They had so much fun at Michael's party!

Cozy boys in our bed.   Again.

Sleeping normally....

....and then not so normally.

This crew went to the Nature Center one morning while Arch and I stayed home.

Arch is finally starting to plump up!  Ollie still holds the title, though!

Gpa Walt and Arch

Gma Sooz with the biggest and the littlest....

Pictures of them sleeping will never get old to me!

Especially when they look like this!  haha

Davis was reading books to Big Don.

This picture was a perfect summary of how our day was going......

This is what happens when Davis doesn't nap.....4:45pm.  EVERY.  SINGLE.  TIME.

These boys started lessons at Hall Swim School.  These lessons are AMAZING!!!  Cal is completely swimming by himself.  Davis has improved so much and is <THIS> close to swimming by himself.  However, he is absolutely fearless in the water and believes he can do everything his Bubba can....so he jumps off the board, the side of the pool, etc. without caution.  Typical #dangerdave.

Cal is a doting big bro and loves to play with his littlest brother.  Archie loves the attention!

Another no nap day...

Cal watched a little Netflix and snuggled with Ollie.

Swap out daughter for "son".....

I found this old wig in storage and our boys looked hilarious in it!

Daddy's home!!!

Well-child checkups for our 5 and 2.5 year olds.

Cal is in the 100%ile for both height and weight!  lol.  He weighs about 58# and is 4' 1/2" tall.
Davis is in the 80%ile for both heigh and weight!  He weighs about 35# and is 3' 1.5" tall.

I wanted to have my birthmark checked because it has slightly changed shape.  Luckily, everything came back normal!

We went back to Larned for the 3-man golf tourney.  The dogs stretched out and enjoyed the ride.

Look at this adorable 5 year old!

Maddox and Luke met us at the Splash Pad one afternoon.  So fun!

They played a little soccer later that night vs. Mitch and Jay.

I took Davis over to Grandma's the next morning and he was really interested in her cake.  When we were out of the room, he brought Maggie's stairs into the kitchen so that he could reach her frosting and sprinkles.  ha!
Big D and I were playing dinosaurs one morning.   He's got a very creative mind.....such a clever little guy!

After swimming that afternoon, I realized that I didn't have spaghetti sauce for dinner that night.  Unfortunately, I also forgot to bring shirts for them.....so we went into Dillons like this.  No shirts?  No problem!!!

While I cooked, #dangerdave brough their scooters inside.  Because that's clearly where they belong....

Real life.  Frazzled, dirty pool hair.  No makeup.  Exhausted.  Baby strapped to me while cooking.  This is my life lately.  hahaha

But it's oh so worth it.....my sweet boys are precious blessings.

Arch is starting to be able to bring his toys to his mouth.  His coordination is getting better!

What a doll!  He always has his hands in his mouth.....teething??

Can you tell they're brothers?!

Chatting

Arch loves the mirror!!

 Sweet snuggles with my baby....

He was helping me get ready.....applying makeup and all.  Katie, Kristin, and I met for dinner while the husbands watched the kiddos....

...Ella loves Arch!

The next night, Kristin and I took the kids to the Maize Splash Pad while Mitch and Travis golfed.

They had a good time.  lol

Every time I lay down, this is what happens.....ha!

When I asked him what his favorite toy is, he replied with, "playing with raccoons".  What?!?!?  hahahaha

My heart.

We went to the Schlatters and swam/bbq'ed last weekend.  I told Lizzie that she could start babysitting our boys soon.  :)

Sweet baby coo'ing videos.

Cal wanted to hear an Italian accent.....so I did my best.  I love hearing their accents.  lol

Davis does this every morning.  He sneaks down the stairs and peeks around the corner giggling.  He's all about the element of surprise.  :)  (Cal was beside me listening to a Netflix show, so the volume is overpowering!)
