Christmas 2013

Our boys were so good this year that they got two Christmases!  Before we headed to Larned on Chriatmas Eve, we picked Cal up from daycare early and went sledding.  Well, Davis and I stayed in the warm car, but I got some cute pics of my guys.

Silly kid.

Papa Gatt got back from Green Bay (after a flight cancellation and an unexpected extra day in Denver) on Christmas Eve.

Uncle Tony and his new nephew...

As if no time had passed since their last visit, Cal quickly reclaimed Uncle Tony as his play mate.

He was pretty excited about his new K-State blanket from Great Grandma!

Cal helped everyone open their gifts on Christmas morn.

Davis and Mimi

Great Grandma still thinks she sees some blue in his eyes!

Ollie wanted to snuggle, too.

While I put Davis down for a nap, Cal and Mitch watched Cars for awhile.  New fave!

Christmas 2013

Ollie was bracing Dad....Ollie the Anvil.

Mimi helped corral Cal one morn by making Marshmellow Snowmen, aka Sugar Bombs.  :)  Hey... I ate like that when I was a kid and I turned out ok!  Cal loved it.  He named each body part as he devoured the candy.  "I wanna eat the eyes."   (M&M's)

I took him to Barber Mike, who gave Tony his first haircut and still cuts dad's.  Cal did great and loved watching the cars, snow plows, and big trucks drive past.

This is his favorite way to go #2 lately.  The iPad is a savior and a curse! However, if I'm holding Davis, I need a way to keep him on the potty while I am busy.  Don't judge...it is effective!

House Rule:  Cal can only wrestle Daddy and Uncle Tony.  They did a lot of wrestling!

While D was napping, Cal and I played in the snow.  We got his dump truck out and scooped and dumped snow....cold, but fun!

Cal loves to read and listen to stories, especially when Uncle Tony reads them!

Davis likes to face outward and have his legs pumped.

Look at Davis's face in this pic....and then look at his middle finger. ha!

"I no need a nap, mommy."
 Mmmmmhmmmm.

 One month old and MAD!

.....nursed and happy again.

He really liked the monkey!

While we were in Larned, Mitch was in AZ for the K-State bowl game.  Goofy guy.

He fell asleep before we left Larned.  The holidays wore him out!
