I cannot figure out why my blog won't let me add videos this time?!?  I'll keep trying and will post them soon!  In the meantime....

Don't all boys bite off their toenails?

Cal's soccer season was a fun one to watch!  This year, allthe kids understood the game a bit better and had better accuracy in their skills.  Cal understood the game and kept up with the game so well.

He is so heavy footed....like a big fridge running down the field, with all the verve and determination of an average sized child.  This kiddo is so big!  He's standing with children that are 6-12 months older than him in this photo.  lol.  I think he's going to be built like his Papa Gatterman!

The big boys wore their Ninja Turtle costumes to Target one day.  I felt super safe with these tough guys by my side. 😂😍

I took the boys to Mason Frieze's birthday party one Saturday.  Mitch and his friend, Billy, who flew in from Iowa, went to the KSU game.

This kid ALWAYS licks the frosting before he should.  😳😜

The kids played Pie Face after eating cake and it was a big hit!!

These guys are good buds.  It's so ironic that their dads played baseball at KSU together!

Meanwhile, at the KSU game....😂

Of course these guys took over our bed while their daddy was gone.  ☺️

The next morn, I was trying to entertain all three while we waited for Mitch to return.

....this is what happens when I give Davis a pen to find the Hidden Pictures in the Highlight Magazine.  🙄😡

Happy Baby!  He loves the outdoors.

I took the boys to Sedgwick Co Park one Friday morn.  We met my college friend and her four kiddos there.  They played for hours and we got a chance to catch up!

Meanwhile, this one went rogue and I heard him yelling for me.  He was stuck in an evergreen tree.  That he'd climbed.  Very high.  (I didn't even know that he could climb a tree?!?!?).  So like a good mom, I snapped a pic before I helped him down and checked him for ticks.

All the kiddos.....Raus and Walters.
  💙💙💙💗💙💙💙

Archie Mac loves eating!!

While the two littles slept (I miraculously tricked Davis into napping), Cal and I had a lot of time to play together!

We made up a game called "cup ball".

We built some amazing Lego cities.

We caught a praying mantis!

Once the littles woke up, we went down to our park.   Mama took a cold beverage.  No judging, please.  ☺️

The next morn, Cal had a soccer game.  Davis had a "run away from my parents, throw my toys all over, kick all the soccer balls that I can" game.

That afternoon, we took them to an Oktoberfest at a local school.   They had so much fun playing in the bounce houses, eating cotton candy, and running wild.  They were SO worn out that night!!

6 months old.  How's that even possible?!?

He checked in at almost 18# and 27" long.  Archie is such a smiley baby.  He loves to laugh when we tickle him or blow on his tummy and armpits.  He wants to be in his walker more than sitting on the carpet.  Arch is finally rolling all over the place......all over!!!  I love this sweet baby.  He's such a blessing.....his big brother love him so much.  Davis will give him pats on the head and lay beside him to do some "baby talk". Cal can get him to smile bigger than almost any other person.  💙

The boys and I met the Gillespie girls for one last Nature Walk before they moved to Hutch. We love that family so much and miss them so much already.

Arch wanted his paci back!  😂

We took the boys to Granite City that evening.  Davis is most definitely wielding and waving a knife.  Again, I took a pic before remedying the sitch.  Lol

Joe Cool.

There was a big thunderstorm one night.  Both boys came in, Mitch left and moved to one of their beds, Donnie came in terrified.......so I slept on the floor with him to calm him down.  Seriously.....when one kid/animal makes it easy on me, another one makes damn sure that I don't sleep.  😳😂😴

Even when I went in to nurse Arch in the middle of the night, the dogs followed me.  Don gets sooooo scares during storms!

Pumpkin Patch field trip!  I took the boys on Davis's field trip one Friday.  It was so fun.....but oh so cold that morn.

Big Don found his kitty.  ❤️

Happy boy. 💙

Sweet O-Bear.

Damn cat.  It's Rat Season again.  Nala brought this fat one in while Mitch wasn't home.  I had to grab the, what's now lovingly referred to as "the rat tongs", to grab the poor guy.  He lived but I threw him far over the fence....and he better not return.  Lol

"Davis, quit eating dirty popcorn off of the zoo trails!!!"

My babes.  💙💙💙

He makes us laugh.  He makes us frustrated.  He tires us.  He is a joyful, independent, hilarious little Tasmanian devil......and he falls sleeps like this on most nights.  😍

Just like everyone that meets her, Arch loves his Ollie bird.

Undefeated!!  🏆🎖

Damn rats.  Atleast they're not in our house, but seriously....so gross.  I'm happy our local pest control crew reside in our house.  😳😉

Hey, big guy!!!

Poor guy got a big bump on his forehead!    Popsicles to the rescue!

September has been good to us!

Cutie patootie.

Of course....more sleeping pics.  I swear that they do sleep in their own beds, sometimes.  Even when we leave their room and they're in their own beds, they usually end up in each others or ours by the next morn!

This big guy likes to eat!  He is soooo interested in what we are eating and drinking, though.  He prefers little chunks of banana and food that we are eating, compared to his baby food.  He still has no teeth. He's the latest teether of all 3 boys!

It rained and rained and rained on that Sept. 9th.  We went worm hunting when the rain finally cleared!

Avoiding the mud pit that is our yard.

You read that right.....we were ready to build an ark!!!

We had a 5.8 earthquake the week prior and 7" of rain the next.   What is going on around here?!?!

We had two weddings to attend on 9/10/16 in KC.  We took the boys to the first ceremony, but they didn't make it all the way through the mass.....so I took them to the playground beside the church for the second half.

We left the boys at the hotel with Mimi and Aunt Susie.  They took them to a fun train restaurant for dinner and then played in the hotel with them.  Mitch and I headed to Tom's reception and had a blast!  It was like a college reunion.....so many familiar faces!

We left around 9pm and headed to Chris Napolitano's reception.  Mitch's good Law School buddies were in attendance and they had a great time catching up!

Mitch went out with his buds that night and I headed back to the hotel.  The next morn, I took them swimming in the hotel pool.

Archie had a waterproof cast, which made bathtime soooo much easier!

Thankfully, after 3 weeks, this little guy is now cast free!!!

Mitch was golfing one morning, so the boys took advantage of time while I was putting the baby down for a nap......and picked out all the marshmallows from the Lucky Charms.  lol

It rained and rained and rained that day......another 5-7" soaker, so once it stopped, we headed down to the park to make sand castles!

The Moat Master

Typical Davis.....it's 5pm so he'd better take a nap.

This big boy has hit a growth spurt recently!  He's wearing all 12-18 month onesies now!

We went to the first KSU home game and ran into Willie!

The boys enjoyed watching the band up close and personal.

Raising them up right.....

This is how we tailgate now-a-days.  :)

Meet Charlotte.....the Orb Spider that we visit with each day.  She has built and rebuilt a humongous web in our front yard.  The boys love checking on her daily, so I have had to restrain myself from knocking her web down.  Ick.
I took the boys to the zoo on Friday.  I love our Fridays together.....sweet moments with my babes.

The Black Mamba was super interested in the boys that day!

After 3.5 hours at the zoo....and temps reaching into the 90's.....these three were pooped.  I had a leisurely stroll on the way back to the van, pushing over 100 pounds in the stroller.  ha!
